My wife and I had a great experience at Iris Tattoo! Azul did our tattoos, and she was beyond friendly and easy to work with. We each got two tattoos and Azul made the process beyond easy. The studio is extraordinarily clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The front desk staff were also very kind and welcoming. The best part was, the process was very fast. A lot of tattoo artists aren't prepared when you come in, but at Iris, and with Azul, our designs were ready to go, she knew what we were there for, and everything was already prepped to get to work.

I visited Iris Tattoo & Piercing Miami this past Friday, all the way from Atlanta, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The shop itself is stunning, and the atmosphere was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. I did run into a small issue on my end, but the staff were nothing but patient, supportive, and helpful while I figured everything out. They handled the situation with so much kindness, which I truly appreciated. I especially want to highlight Jocelyn, who was my piercer for the day. I booked with her for my navel piercing, and she was AMAZING. Her process is incredibly detailed and informative, and she walked me through every single step, which made me feel completely confident in her work. If you’re getting your first piercing or are nervous about piercings in general, I highly recommend booking with Jocelyn. I was scared, but she was so patient and understanding. She let me take my time, allowed me to walk around to calm my nerves, and never once made me feel rushed. Because of her, the entire process ended up being quick, smooth, and easy. Overall, an incredible experience. 100000/10 ⭐️ I would absolutely travel back to Miami from Atlanta just for Jocelyn. Highly recommend!

We walked in hoping to get tattoos and also to check if my best friend’s mid helix piercing was still open, and they were so welcoming and took us in right away. The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. My tattoo artist, Rustem, was amazing — super kind, easygoing, and had such great energy. He gave thoughtful feedback on placement and color choices, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and collaborative. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. Martina, the piercer, was just as incredible. Her energy was bubbly and positive, and she was an absolute pro at finding the piercing. She made the experience smooth and comfortable. Overall, the vibe of this place was awesome, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. I would 100% go back and recommend them to anyone looking for tattoos or piercings.

I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. I was warmly welcomed and even received a personalized goodie bag with my name on it, along with clear instructions on how to complete the consent forms. My artist, Tony, was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly patient, especially knowing this was my first tattoo and how meaningful it was to me. He offered several design options and worked with me until I found the perfect one. Tony also explained the aftercare in great detail, which really put me at ease. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process and experienced no pain at all. I will definitely be recommending Iris Tattoo to my family and friends, and I will absolutely be back for my next tattoo!

My daughters and we’re only together in Miami one weekend and Iris accommodated three of us for our first tattoo. We even had the honor of meeting the owner who hosted us for most of the day. The atmosphere, the communication and the people made it a genuinely special day. Our talented artist, Amanda was a perfect match and she lovingly put in hours of design to create our unique designs. Thank you Iris for your graciousness and care. The investment is a treasure that will last.
