Edit to add: because we did in fact show them what we were wanting to do and they agreed on it. They however didn’t say complex tattoos are by appointment only. First off: At the front of the store there is a machine you can use that will produce a “coupon” for a positive review. That should have been our first sign that reviews on Google could not actually be legitimate. But furthermore It was really disappointing to be told after we already spent some time trying to come up with a tattoo, that my friend and I were taking to long and that the tattoo shop was only doing valentines specific walk ins. At my age I am not about to put a permanent tattoo on my body unless I love it. The guy helping us design the tattoo was friendly and helpful and he seemed pretty upset at the lady with the hearts on her face for him losing out on a lot of money. If you wanted cheap easy money then you could have said walk ins only for the specific valentines tattoos, when we first walked in. Although we specifically asked if they were doing walk ins and showed them on our phones our idea. She was so unbelievably rude, and as soon as we didn’t agree with what she had drawn up from our idea she walked off and left a different guy in charge of helping us. He had worked hard putting together and helping design our idea. goes to show only cheap fast work is produced, If you’re not willing to make sure your clients are happy, and are only looking for that quick buck.

Clarissa is amazing. She drew up something for me after I sent her some photo references and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She did such an amazing job, super quick, and has such a light touch. Grazie mille-cant wait to be back :)!!!

We were here the first time for a partner tattoo. The man on the reception was really nice to us and said we can come tomorrow. So in the next day we were here and our tattoo artist was Luca he was so funny and nice. It gave never a cringe moment or silence so we really enjoyed our time with Luc and the Tattoo came out so pretty it was a fineline tattoo and it came out really great so thank you very much for your time
