I had the best experience at Fig Leaf recently. Rob made the booking process so easy, was prompt with responses and worked with me to figure out a time in my crazy schedule. Rob recommended Sheli and she was fabulous with bringing my simple and vague vision into life. I have gotten so many compliments and friends wanting to travel to LA for an appointment. The shop is gorgeous with beautiful murals and just a really loving and calm vibes. Super clean too. I don't want to go anywhere else! I hope to be back soon!

Ask for Tyler!! He's awesome! The location is the most charming tattoo establishment I've ever been to! Free Street parking on a side street. Only the main lines done. The fine shading to be done soon. Excellent lime work, no scabbing.

I can’t speak highly enough about this studio. The shop is impeccable, the staff are talented and the interiors are beautiful. The work space is clean, sterile and comfortable. I made a group reservation with one of the owners, Rob. He was flexible and helped coordinate our specific date and times with Esther Kim on 11/11. I told my Dad how much I love this studio and he too wants to get tattooed from The Fig Leaf Tattoo. We’ll be back!

I got my first couple tattoos here this past week, and I couldn’t be happier! Becca and Esther did an excellent job and brought my (admittedly kind of vague) ideas to life in such a beautiful way. The interior of the shop is super clean and honestly pretty gorgeous, and everyone at every stage of the process was welcoming and helpful. This was a wonderful way to start my tattoo journey, and I hope to return for years to come! (also super excited about getting my chest piece colored in!!)

I've been seeing June for a few years now (both while she was in NYC and now at her new studio in Los Angeles). She is AMAZING!! She's done my half-sleeve on my left arm and my entire right sleeve, which is still a work in progress. I get stopped on the street or in the gym all the time because people want to talk about my tattoos. June's watercolor effect, and her creativity, are world-class. She's so easy to collaborate with and her work is so original. I couldn't be happier as a client (as evident by the fact that I keep coming back to see her over and over and over again). If you like original, one-of-a-kind, world-class tattoos, with a touch of watercolor effect, book time with June!
