About Ryan Ashley
Ryan Ashley trained as a fashion designer before transitioning to tattooing and won Season 8 of Ink Master in 2016, becoming the first woman to do so. She previously co-owned The Strange and Unusual Oddities Parlor in Kingston, Pennsylvania, and now tattoos at Elysium Studios in Grand Junction, Colorado, which she co-owns with her husband Arlo DiCristina. Her signature style features lace, beadwork and ornamental jewelry motifs in black and grey, and she has returned to Ink Master as a judge.
