Thank you to Paula for fulfilling idea to skin! She will definitely be on my list of tattooists I will return to. La Piratería was such an intimate and comfortable place to get a tattoo done. I was there for a 4 hour session and I never felt uncomfortable. I was always at ease and felt relaxed throughout the whole process. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly! I also appreciate that I was able to speak English as my Spanish is not really good. The music was awesome throughout too!

Paula is very professional and kind. I was tight on time and she tended to me promptly and rapidly, all the while taking great care in her work. I will definitely return for another piercing.

Went there for a walk in to get one tat fixed as well as a new one (some gothic lettering), too. Lu did an amazing job! Clean, quick and offering great advise. Thank you so much, I will come back!

Leo is a great tattoo artist!! The first time I met Leo, he redid the color on a tattoo I had gotten 4 years earlier in a tattoo parlor in the states. The most faded image is how the tattoo looked when I arrived at La Piratería tattoo ship. The sparkly image is immediately after getting tatted, and the third image is my healed tattoo. The tattoo is in memory of someone very special to me and I would not trust just anyone with it. Leo did a perfect job. The hang loose is my second tattoo with him and I couldn't be happier. For this tattoo I had a few uncertainties such as which exact location on my ankle to put it on, as well as how big to make the tattoo. Leo had great recommendations and I am happy with the result! He is kind, patient, and most importantly an extremely talented artist with great attention to detail! I have two tattoos from him already and will likely be back in the future. :)
