Today, I had my first tattoo done at Zero21, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Thiago Pinhas was the first person I spoke to and immediately made me feel reassured about the studio and about Gi’s work — I’m thankful he did. My piece carries deep personal meaning, and I was anxious about both the pain and the vulnerability involved. Gi Bianco made the entire process feel safe, grounded, and—even unexpectedly—peaceful. She took time to discuss the symbolism, placement, and details with genuine care and sensitivity. Her technical execution is outstanding — she respected the expressive texture of my design and translated it onto my skin with grace and a clear understanding of its emotional weight. Even other artists in the studio praised her work, which says a lot about the talent and professionalism at Zero21. Despite choosing one of the most sensitive areas for a first tattoo, I felt supported, calm, and guided at every moment. Gi’s empathy and skill made all the difference. The result is impeccable, and the whole experience left me lighter and relieved. Zero21 is a studio where you feel welcomed, respected, and truly looked after.

Got a tattoo here whilst on holiday and its genuinely the best thing i bought in Porto... even better than a francesinha. The artists are all incredibly nice and amazingly skilled. Lua who did my tattoo did an amazong job and the quality of her work is second to none. I cant recommend zero21 enough! Its top class. Thank you Lua!!!

Katryn is such a sweet and talented tattoo artist🎀🤍 We got matching tattoos with my besties. It was our first tattoo ever and we are quite satisfied with the result😍 She also gifted us this little after tattoo care products. Thank you for the gift and for your effort! We will always remember you and Porto🫶🏼

I'm so happy that I chose Zero21 for my tattoo. Lua was my artist, she is an artistic queen 👑🙌🏼 I'll always be grateful to her 🥲 I just had some ideas, and she helped turn it into a beautiful design that I loved. I'm so so happy with the result. She was always welcoming to my input. We did big sessions, and she is so passionate about her craft that she made it look easy. A big thank you and hug to Lua, the whole team at Zero21 was amazing and the studio is very comfortable and clean. Don't think about it anymore, go see them for your tattoo!

Great experience. I want to start a tradition where I get a new tattoo in every country I visit, so I did a simple Google search and this shop was the first that caught my attention. It was very easy to book an appointment (messages through IG) and they were able to fit me in for an appt 1 day after I requested it. The shop is small, cute and clean. My artist Gabriel did amazing. I sent 2 reference pictures of what I wanted and he made a very thorough & detailed sketch. I thought the entire session would be 3-4 hours but it only took 1 hr 45 min to finish. His art is extremely detailed and you can tell he is very dedicated to his work. I am very very impressed, this is definitely one of the best tattoos I’ve gotten so far. If I am ever visiting Porto again, I will come back to this shop for another tattoo.
