I purchased a piercing after the size was measured directly by the staff. Once I got home, I realized the size was incorrect and I went back, explaining that the jewelry had never been worn. I was told that it could not be exchanged. I understand the hygiene regulations, but when the size is indicated by the staff, I expect the mistake not to fall entirely on the customer. At least a discount or an alternative solution would have been appreciated. It’s a shame, because professionalism is not only technical skill, but also how customers are handled.

Awe xame with a party of 4. We where a little late for our appointments. We called of course and they said ok. When we arrived they where very busy but when we got to the counter they where very professional!!!! Relaxed. 50 year old nose piercing, 5 and 6 year old ear piercing and 26 year old belly piercing. It was a family event and the lady who pierced us all was professional and relaxed. She took anxious little ones into ease and calm piercings. She gave such good info I the 50 year old figured out my old belly piercing wasn't actually closed up. I recommend 100% for all ages!!!

I love the workers, the vibes, everything in here! They are so amazing and really professional where they talk to you and explain how everything works. They also make suggestions and always let you know whats the best for you or not. Including a how to take care paper after every piercing. Would always choose to come here🙏🏻💖

SUPER! I'm not a fan of needles, but employers made sure that I felt comfortable. I did my first earring 3 months ago and it was painless and quick. Everything was explained to me really well, I felt comfortable. Then just a little pinch, few kind words from the staff and done. I went again to get another one today and it was the same. Girls are super nice, carefull and professional. I will return! :-)
