I visited Maximo for a souvenir tattoo. Originally whatsapp them for some information and they were super responsive. Coming into the shop was really calming and friendly. They knew I wasn’t sure on what design I wanted and took their time to help me decide. Julia was amazing, took her time with me to make sure placement was perfect, gave me loads of options and was super friendly. Was so tempted to go for more than one design! Julia’s work is amazing, so detailed and really gentle (I actually fell asleep during the session I was so relaxed) and I’m over the moon happy with the artwork she tattooed onto me. Thank you so so much everyone. 10000% recommend this studio.

Highly recommend!! I have many tattoos from all over the world, and honestly this was the best experience I have had in a tattoo studio, and maybe even my favourite thing in Rome!! Every person who worked at the studio was so lovely and invested in ensuring our tattoos were perfect and the whole experience was enjoyable! My daughter and I both got inked today and are soooo happy with the results! Highly recommended this studio!

Highly recommend!! I have many tattoos from all over the world, and honestly this was the best experience I have had in a tattoo studio, and maybe even my favourite thing in Rome!! Every person who worked at the studio was so lovely and invested in ensuring our tattoos were perfect and the whole experience was enjoyable! I had a great experience at MAXIMO Tattoo Studio in Rome. The artists were very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The studio was extremely clean, well organized, and very professional. The artists were thoughtful, trustworthy, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. They do accept credit cards, but prefer cash, and there are plenty of ATMs nearby so it’s very convenient. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to get a tattoo in Rome.

The artist, Julia took her time to help me perfect the designs, making sure every detail matched exactly what I envisioned. Both tattoos healed beautifully, and the linework is so clean and precise. You can tell they really care about their craft. They were gentle, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable—even as a walk-in traveler. If you’re visiting Rome and thinking about getting a tattoo, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Absolutely worth it! 😍

The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
