I’d like to say I left this place a 1 star review by mistake! I got this shop and the actual shop we went to confused. But as you can see in their response how polite, kind, and helpful they were I’m going to leave a review up and give them 5 stars for their customer service alone. Clearly this is a shop that CARES about their clientele. I so wish my friend and I had actually gone into this shop so we could have gotten our tattoos in Milan! Thank you again for texting me back and for being so polite at my mistake!

I had an amazing experience with Rachele. She works with so much patience and professionalism, and you can truly feel how much she cares about every detail. The tattoo came out absolutely beautiful, clean, and exactly how I imagined it. Rachele made the whole process calm and comfortable, and her talent really shows in her work. Highly recommended!

I got my navel piercing and my second lobe piercings done, and it was done really well at the Duomo parlour!! Not sure of the name of who did it, but he did a perfect job centering the marks and making sure everything looked even and he was super hygienic and just did an amazing job overall!! Thank you so much, this was the finishing point of my whole holiday

I just got a tattoo done here today and Cristiana was the kindest. She spent time understanding what I wanted. Sketched out samples on her iPad and showed me options till I was satisfied with my choice! Didn’t rush the process at all and was very organized! The entire team is also very friendly and warm!

Got a super cute fine line tattoo from Nadine, who was amazing! Felt really comfortable the whole time and I’m so happy with the result, exactly what I wanted! They were able to get me in really quick and it all went smoothly. Fantastic location too close to Duomo!
