I loved the customer service, counseling and professionalism but what mostly stood out to me was the hygiene! I've gotten several tattoos and usually after a while I always got itchy. This time (and considering the fact that it wasn't a very small tatto) it never got itchy, flakey, inflamed etc. Keep it up!

I was looking for a tattoo shop during my travels in Italy and happily stumbled upon this spot! Cosma was able to accommodate me within a day and gifted me with the most precious tattoo. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to work with a local artist or who needs a last minute appointment during their travels. I couldn’t be more grateful!

I LOVE COSMA!!! I had the BEST experience I could have here! Cosma is the sweetest woman and she is soooo talented! I got FIVE different tattoos by Cosma and loved working with her to create each one! Her pricing is excellent and very reasonable. She has so many years of experience and is very knowledgeable about skin type, colors, needle sizes, small and large details…and just everything about tattoos in general! If I ever decide I want any more special pieces I will for sure wait until I am in Florence again so I can work with Cosma. She is amazing and kind. You will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend her enough! I had 6 friends get pieces by her after me and they all loved her just as much. Please support her business!!! ❤️ I am forever grateful

Really good experience with a simple tattoo. We were able to make a same-day appointment and the tattoos were done quickly and well. It was my first tattoo, but my wife (with 4 or so) noted that it was one of the most painless experiences she has had as well. Grazie Lorenzo!

This place is amazing. I emailed them a few days before and got a reply saying when they were open and they'd be happy to have a consultation about my tattoo. I went in and they were extremely professional and polite, answering all my questions about my tattoo and giving me feedback on things to follow to compliment my other tattoos. My friend had been tattoo'd there before and her tattoo is also amazing. They were very clean, very professional and very cool people. Having lived in Florence (and going back every year) this will be the place I always return to.
