Had an amazing experience with Evan. I was a walk in and came in to cover up a stick and poke tattoo I got in high school. I had no reference images but Evan was able to cook up just what I was looking for. It was my first tattoo and I had so much fun. Evan made a beautiful apple on my wrist, you can’t tell at all that it’s a cover up. He was amazing and I will definitely be back and recommend him to all of my friends!!!!! He’s incredibly talented, kind, and knowledgeable.

I need to update my review about my experience with one specific artist here. The shop as a whole is fine, but I'm deeply frustrated by my dealings with Kira. I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop with several artists, but I've been seeing Kira most consistently for the last year. All of our bookings have been handled over email during that time. Kira botched a tattoo of mine back in September and I have been trying to contact her for months to get a touch up. I have tried to follow up with her several times and she'll occasionally offer a range of times, I'll respond with when I'd like to come in, and she never responds. Every time I have contacted the shop for assistance, I've been told "she handles her own booking," (fair) "you should just get an Instagram account and try her there," or they'll leave a message for her, which she ignores. I want to be frank that if it was just this issue I'd not be leaving such a harsh review, but in the 14 months I've been seeing her, she has: - been late for every single appointment, going so far as to email me 10 minutes before our time to let me know she was having car trouble. She takes an hour to set up, so we started an hour and a half past our appointment time, and we were unable to finish my piece. - severely underestimated her quoted time, at times by upwards of 4+ hours. I have never been adequately prepared for our appointments, and have spent hundreds more on my work than I was initially quoted. - been incredibly distracted by her studio neighbors and her own propensity to chat. During our last appointment, the longest stretch of time she spent tattooing was the 3 minutes her neighbor left to use the restroom. - consistently failed to respect disability accommodations she recommended for my comfort. I just want the glaring, patchy bald spots on my most recent piece to be fixed. This piece is small, and has been the most expensive piece for the size I have ever gotten, and it's needed to be done over 4 sessions because her time management is so atrocious. At this point I am just expecting I'll need to go to a different shop and pay them to handle it so I can finally be done trying to chase this woman down. During our last appointment Kira told me she didn't respond to my repeated emails for 3 months because she was depressed that she wasn't getting booking requests. Make it make sense, or get that girl an assistant or something idk.

The artists here are amazing! I got matching surrealist eyes from Evan. His art style is super unique and so so cool. I came in to the consultation without any reference images and he was able to bring my idea to life in the best possible way. The eyes are extremely well done and I am obsessed with them. My roommate came in with me and got a really cool walk-in tattoo from Mo that turned out so cute! The whole experience was so incredibly fun and we will absolutely be coming back soon.

Erin is without question a top tier artist. She is very attentive to detail, extremely caring for her clients, and her work is incredible. Just give her a concept and trust the process, you wont be disappointed. To top it all off, she has a light touch with the machine, so much so I fell asleep on her...twice.

Ozzie Perez is my artist. My journey started a few years ago with a trip to the convention here in Philly where I got my first two. Then I discovered Ozzie and Floating World. I came in and asked the lady at the desk and she told me Ozzie would be the perfect person for my tattoo which was a memorial black and gray backpiece of my father. Now I have a total of 25 pieces of art and my backpiece. I am forever grateful for his skills. Ozzie is a great artist and I am still his regular customer. He’s also very knowledgeable and intelligent with a great sense of humor. Photos to come soon.
