I was traveling across Mexico and wanted to get a tattoo before going back. I found Silver Needle on Instagram, wrote them and requested for a slot. I didn't have the design and wanted to work with the artist to draw what I had in mind. They were super nice, and responded very fast. We were communicating easily and when I went for my appointment the artist helped to design a beautiful image I was imagining. She made several changes to the picture and was very patient with my request. The tattoo process was great, not painful at all and I had no issues after! not a single wound or scratch. It healed perfectly. And I love my new tattoo more and more everyday! Thank you for such a great souvenir

Phenomenal job with my tattoo! My artist Dan was excellent, he helped me price together my work with the photos I provided and had valuable insight on how it was placed. Although I didn’t speak Spanish, the staff did a tremendous job communicating with me to ensure my tattoo was everything I wanted.

The studio itself was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my session here due to this. I appreciate the excellent customer service from all staff at the tattoo studio. I was offered drinks and candy the entire session and even offered food. Excellent experience. Arturo did a wonderful job on my tattoo. Arturo was very open to discussing what I wanted out of my tattoo which helped to make it perfect.

BAD SERVICE. I showed up to the shop on Sunday, they say that it’s opened but as I arrive there were no artists there. I was communicating through Instagram to specify what I wanted, coming from the US I asked for a particular artist and never showed up... MY AMERICAN PEOPLE I DON’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE. THERES OTHER TATTOO SHOPS!!!!!!!! POOR COSTUMER SERVICE ASWELL
