i got pierced by bluejay and had a the best experience. she was so thorough and patient with me to make sure my piercing was perfect and had so much good information about other piercings and care instructions. healing has been a breeze. highly recommend !!!!

I recently visited New Orleans and ahead of that did some research to find a place to get a tattoo while there. Without a doubt after looking through a few shops online, ToughLoveNola stood out! It was easy to see online that their artists and work was amazing. I reached out and Matt was super helpful in sharing my concept with the artists and matched me with Jason who told the concept and made it a very personalized reality! Super talented people, really fair pricing, and made this the best part of my trip to New Orleans. Thanks to Jason and everyone at ToughLove - highly recommend!!

I cannot give enough stars to TOUGH LOVE. Jason, the owner, and my artist is the most genuine, sweetest human. His vibe is so calm and chill, that it makes the experience all the more relaxing. The shop is beautiful and clean, and all the people there including the front desk are welcoming and rad. Jason, you made my forever piece of New Orleans such a wonderful + memorable experience.
