Account data (name, email, studio name, phone), order data (products, addresses, invoices), and technical data (device, browser, IP-derived region) needed to serve and secure the site.

To process and deliver orders, provide support and warranty handling, verify professional accounts, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations, and — only with your consent — send product emails.

Payment providers, carriers, and the brand fulfilling your order, each only with the data needed for that task. We never sell personal data.

Order and invoice records for the statutory retention period (7 years in the EU, comparable in the US). Account data until you close your account.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to marketing at any time. Email privacy@tatscout.com and we respond within 30 days.
