TatScout operates a marketplace for professional tattoo supply. Orders are concluded with the TatScout entity serving your region, stated in the footer of this site and on your invoice.

An order is a binding offer. The agreement is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing is clearly incorrect, or if age or professional verification fails.

Needles, cartridges, machines, pigments and other regulated goods are sold for professional use. By ordering them you confirm you are a trained practitioner or are purchasing on behalf of a registered studio, and that you comply with the hygiene and licensing rules in your country.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region. US prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout; EU prices include VAT. Professional pricing applies only to verified accounts. Payment is due at checkout unless an invoice term has been agreed in writing.

Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery. Freight items are delivered kerbside. See our shipping page for rates and lead times.

Unopened, non-sterile stock can be returned within 30 days. Sterile or single-use goods cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Manufacturer warranty is handled by TatScout support. Full detail is on our returns page.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, unlicensed practice or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

US orders are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey; EU orders by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
