Returns & Warranty

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unopened, resaleable professional stock.

Sterile and single-use goods (needles, cartridges, tubes, grips) once the seal is broken, opened pigment, and personalised or made-to-order items.

Start the return from your account or email support@tatscout.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label for faulty items; for change-of-mind returns the return shipping is yours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Invoice accounts receive a credit note.

Machines and power supplies carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months). Send us the fault description and we handle the claim with the brand, including shipping — you deal with one contact, not two.
